How do you do it? Find out how other people in your industry do it. Talk to as many people as you can. Have a support network.
What is critical? Measure margins, and other costs, by income stream – and by team, and by industry, and by client, and by location.
Next? Go outside everyday for a walk, or a run, or a ride, or a swim, or a surf, and think about what’s important, what you can change.
